Movie monsters

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

I don't know a bunch of them.
I don't even recognize several of them.

Guesses:

3 - Is that Jack from "The Shining"?
4 -
5 - It looks to me like a guy from "Lord of the Rings" or "Army of Darkness".
6 - This just looks like a zombie. Perhaps the one from "28 Days Later"? Didn't they have him chain up outside?
10 - The Fly?
11 - Dracula?
12 -
14 - The Reanimator?
15 - Underworld?
23 - Basketcase?
27 -

I think you're missing one. Isn't Leatherface's saw numbered? In which case, it'd be "Saw" of course.

No, that's not it.
It's a film that came out a lot earlier. It's not one I've seen though. I remember seeing it (and others I can't identify) at the video store close to 10 years ago.

Silver Bullet?

An American Werewolf in London?

Abott and Costello meet the Werewolf?

Sorta looks like Dog Soldiers (but too new). Sorta looks like Michael Jackson in Thriller.

But I'm pretty sure it's The Howling (link to model of werewolf).
Screencap of the movie here. There are plenty of "I'm turning into a wolf" pics, but I can't seem to find a decent screencap of the fully evolved werewolf

I think I can fill in some blanks...

1. Warlock, played by Julian Sands. They never really gave him a name, but he was supposed to be the devil's son.
2. Candyman. His name was Robataille, played by Tony Todd.
3. I can't fucking tell. He looks like a few folk.
4. The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers.
5. Gotta go w\ the lead Uruk-Hai from Lord of the Rings.
6. I think that might be the "tamed" zombie from Day of the Dead.
10. I gotta go w\ the The Fly. I can't think of anything else, but I KNOW I've seen that fucker.
11. Definitely Dracula from Brahm Stoker's Dracula played by Gary Oldman.
12. I can't believe I don't know this one.
13. Definitely Pumpkinhead.
14. Any number of psycho mad scientists.
15. Any number of werewolves.
23. I just can't recognize that fucker.
27. Wtf? An ax? The Creeper uses an ax in Jeepers Creepers to decapitate a cop.

#4 has the hat like the Creeper, and the ax. Image Creeper's face.
But the face looks too human. (That being said, I'm 90% sure it is the Creeper).

#5 I agree is the Urak-Hai. Though I keep thinking there's something else. Something that gives me a Pumpkinhead vibe. By vibe, I mean I have the impression that I've seen that monster on a farm, in a scene similar to where I've seen Pumpkinhead.

#15 is from The Howling. Werewolves look different.

#23 Leisher had it right with Basketcase.

Where can we get answers? I think I had a few more of those right. I'll be amazed if I called "The Reanimator" correctly.

It was a LiveJournal picture from a "Friends only" site.
It's not in English anyway. Others have popped up, none in English and none with a list of names.
If you can find it I think we'd all be grateful.

I found too many disturbing things to continue my search for answers. The graphic depictions of werewolf rape shall haunt my nightmares for weeks to come.

Think #12 is the mutant vampire vampire from Blade II

I thought of that too, but I wasn't sure about the scars.

1 - Warlock
2 - Candyman (Robataille)
3 - Jack Torrance from The Shining
4 - The Creeper from Jeepers Creepers
5 - Uruk-Hai from Lord of the Rings
6 - Maybe a "tamed" zombie from Day of the Dead?
7 - Evil dead, soul swallowing basement monster/witch
8 - Phantasm ball
9 - Alien from the Alien movies
10 - The Fly
11 - Dracula from Brahm Stoker's Dracula
12 - Maybe the mutant vampire from Blade II?
13 - Pumpkinhead
14 - The Reanimator
15 - Werewolf from The Howling
16 - Samara from The Ring
17 - Hannibal Lector from Silence of the Lambs
18 - Pinhead from Hellraiser

26 - A critter from Critters
27 - The ax Creeper uses an ax in Jeepers Creepers to decapitate a cop
28 - A gremlin from Gremlins
28 - (Another 28?) Leatherface's chainsaw. No name I know of, but probably purchased at "Cut Rite Chainsaws."
29 - Any number of baddies from the Scream series.

The screen shot you posted, Paul, is from later on in the flick when he's more monster-looking. Earlier, he does sport the trench coat & hat & looks considerably more human.

As for #5, the only reason I say the tamed zombie from Day of the Dead was that a scientist managed to domesticate him by the military dude in charge of the based still insisted he be chained up. & as far as zombies go, he's one of the more memorable & important ones.
