Star Wars Prequels Reviewed

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

This guy breaks down each movie one by one, and tells us why exactly they among the worst movies ever made, in any way you care to judge that... except in the field of CGI animation.

And he's fairly funny about it.

He just released his Ep 3 breakdown so that's on the main page, but the other movies can be viewed from the links on the left.

Who needs 110+ minutes to figure out why those movies suck?

Just has to be watched to be appreciated. Roger Ebert even tweeted recently, "I thought I'd seen the last analysis of this movie that I needed to see, but Mr (I forget his name) proved me wrong."

Roger Ebert also thinks "Abbot and Costello Meet the Mummy" is a top 100 film just because it's old.

All right. Malcolm, I absolutely forbid you to watch those videos. Everyone else, you may enjoy them.

You sounded like you enjoyed that way too much.

Here's a link to the tweet that I didn't have before.

He does really good reviews. If you like his Star Wars reviews, be sure to check out his Star Trek reviews as well. Also quite good.

Trek? Thought the rule of thumb was that every odd-numbered movie sucked.

They churned out a stinker on an even number too.

And I second Gordon's link. The guy's reviews are hilarious and totally worth the time.

Watch the Avatar one. He shreds it.

Just finished the Ep 3 review. It's okay, but not anywhere near his best work.

I'm not a fan of most of his non-review weird basement storylines. A few moments here and there is okay, but when he goes into that part for awhile it's just ... meh.

I think the point of those basement scenes is that he created a better story with more drama with a webcam than Lucas did in 3 movies.
