After years of visiting Vegas, I finally got to Delmonico. $300 later, it was worth it. (Not my money, so that helps.) Admittedly, I've only used my money there once out of 6 visits. Atmosphere is a bit meh, but the service and food are outstanding. Yep. And the popovers... man. Best bread side ever.
