From Within - At 'Dem Flicks with Malcolm

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Synopsis:
A family of emos descended from witches and warlocks is out to destroy the world, possibly because their hair keeps getting in their eyes.

Review (with semi-spoilers):

Imagine Final Destination except with a stalking aspect and unnecessary, one-dimensional religious overtones. If you remember that unholy piece of shit, you'll note it's not a good starting point. The stalker in question is a doppleganger.

Patient zero, the oldest emo kid, kills himself, i.e. is emo, and kicks off the most uber emo spell there is. First person that sees his body gains a double of themselves. After an arbitrary period of time, it coaxes them towards suicide in increasingly improbable ways. First person that finds that body gets the curse transferred to them, ad nauseum.

The real problem here is the mechanism of the killing. It's explained that you're not possessed or any bullshit like that, your double just gently persuades you to off yourself. Then that means you can just be blindfolded with your hands and feet bound while you're tied down and you're invulnerable. Not a long-term solution but it keeps things from spreading and gives you time to find a permanent fix. Hell, the blindfold's optional so you don't have a creepy version of you with fucked up contacts staring at you for an extended period of time.

Verdict:
Stupid as shit.
