Tosh.0

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

This show is getting ickier... I may have had my fill of massive amounts of puss being squeezed out of cysts, massive meatlike tumors being pulled out of nostrils, etc.

It's going from funny to just gross.

I don't think they were nasal meat tumors.
I think he had nasal surgery, and those were the nasal tampons being removed.

I agree that the there's too much gross stuff.
I dislike when America's Funniest Home Videos shows babies puking in people's faces and stuff. That's not funny or amazing.

Nah, it's always been the way it is, you're just getting older.

Season one was actually a lot of puking videos, and season two had far fewer and people bitched. Tosh talked about it during one of the shows.

I think you're just mad because you were stroking it watching the penis pump stuff, and the very next clip was of someone puking and it killed the mood.

But seriously, YOU can fix the show. Just go out and videotape yourself doing something insanely stupid, submit it to the show, and that's one less clip of something gross they can show.

Nah, I think I'll just fix the show by removing it from my DVR recording schedule.

You could DVR Matlock instead.

Maybe Matlock.0, but only until the point of the show becomes grade school, gross-out humor.

You mean until the point where you blame it for your changing tastes. :D

Sorry, I don't know why I'm picking on you. I'm grumpy today.

I used to see Tosh.0 as "America's Funniest Home Videos" for grownups. But lately.... just seems like the gross-out half-hour. Like how stileproject.com went from being edgy to just gross-out, in the 90's.

Seriously... did you see all the puss that came out of that cyst, with the consistency of soft-serve ice cream?

Why is vomiting a thing now? For the past... 5 years, it's like I can't watch a show without some episode of vomiting.

Nice pull. I had forgotten all about Stile.

I think Tosh.0 is going to have "gross" shows because that's the nature of their material. Remember, it's a show based on clips from the web. If that's all that is available to them, that's what they show.

I don't particularly care for the gross stuff either, but if the rest of the show is funny, I can live with it. Lately, it has been, although the web redemptions are quickly becoming the worst part of the show except for his rant leading into them.

And actually, the gross out stuff doesn't bug me too much. At least not the puss thing or the nose thing this week because they're curiosities. It's no different than a freak show at the circus. However, the puke stuff is purely gross and rarely funny.

Guy on a chair passed out puking on himself? Not funny.
Kid in a choir, on stage, puking on the person in front of him? Kinda funny, but still gross.

What bugs me more is the machoismo stuff that gets submitted. Frat boys who do something completely ignorant to prove they're not gay, and then submit it to Tosh. Take Rock-Paper-Scissors-Balls as an example. Tosh's R-P-S-B skit with the co-workers was far funnier than the people actually playing because of the setup. The guys really playing was just sad. I'm not playing a game that puts my balls in harm's way. "I've got to live with them for the rest of my life. You fucks will be gone when I graduate."

And seriously, I love the show, and will defend it, but I don't understand the point of someone shitting on another person's face, and then them rubbing the shit back on the shitter's face. How is that funny? How is that friendship?

Why is vomiting a thing now? For the past... 5 years, it's like I can't watch a show without some episode of vomiting.

My wife has a similar complaint. Vomiting is big in movies and TV now. Characters do it left and right, and they make sure that you see some of it on camera.

Vote for/against Tosh committing suicide.

I think they're using the same technology used to vote for/against Obama in certain districts.
