Jet Li stars in this 2002 flick about a Chinese civil war that was happening in the 1860 time frame. He is a general who was betrayed by an ally and loses faith for 10 minutes but then rejoins and rejoins and tries to play politics and then rises up and is betrayed again by his allies. Not sure what the point of the flick was, except a commentary that politics suck.
Not the worst chinese flick I've seen lately, but not the best.
