I've been reading John Ringo's "Ghost" series. It's like...well, it's really almost fantasy, what with some of the crazy stuff that happens: imagine Dick Marcinko kicking terrorist ass. Some of it strains belief, but Ringo doesn't like hippies, so that's good.
