Two days before, Toronto’s embattled mayor had finally admitted, after six months of media reports, police investigations, and Ford’s own denials, that yes, he had smoked crack cocaine. When asked by a stunned reporter when that happened, the mayor replied “probably during one of my drunken stupors.” That’s stupors, plural.

I don't know where he was headed, but she clearly wasn't his target. He looks like he was headed towards tackling someone else and she just got in the way.

Hell, I'd vote for him. At least you know with him what you are getting, and on the whole it's a lot better than underhanded selling of political favors and government corruption to line his own pockets.
Unless, of course, he's doing that, too. But even then at least it comes with a show.

Ford also had a run-in with Canadian pop music star Justin Bieber last month during a night of heavy drinking at a nightclub, The Toronto Star reported today. The 20-year-old star angered Ford by asking him if he had brought crack to the party, the Star reported.
