Although some people seem to have a more fundamental issue.
As members of the military know, flags are only meant to be flown this way "in instances of extreme danger to life or property," according to the U.S. Flag Code.

Well, I get the "is it art?" aspect, but seriously... what point would the wearer be making? There would probably be a single coherent answer from 100 people wearing the shirt.

It's got the anarchy symbol on one of the sleeves. Looks no more offensive or different than a billion t-shirts I've seen at punk shows.
