Research on substances to eliminate muscle spasms? Fuck you.
The National Institute on Drug Abuse has blocked many studies on the effects of cannabis because it has a mandate from the federal government to study the substance only as a substance of abuse.


But wait, what's that? You want some new opioids? We'll approve that shit.
