Girl bullies other girl at school over her clothes. Bully's mom finds out.

Bully gets sent to school dressed like this the next two days:

So what's the deal... that seems like a perfectly acceptable dress for a little girl to wear.... am I just being old?

Except the one on the right looks a little strange.

They look ... dated. The second photo almost looks pajama-ish.
