I care exactly zero about this whole trial, but I thought this was interesting:
But [Prosecutor] Cummings said that even though evidence was lacking, it was clear Jason Young was responsible for Michelle Young's death.
“The absence of evidence is not evidence of absence,” Cummings said.
What a dumb thing to say. The way our system is SUPPOSED to work is that absence of evidence = acquittal. "If the glove don't fit..."
