So a long time ago I was seeing Best Buy commercials for that electric pad that allowed you to recharge phones and whatever by simply placing them on the pad. i think someone here mentioned it too.

Whatever happened to those? Don't hear about them any more.

They're out there, but stupid.

I looked into them and something for me was a deal killer, but I don't remember what.

They're becoming slightly more popular now, but are expensive. And slower.
