Any admins out there? If so, what free utility do you use to manage it? As far as user security (who can create databases, who has access to databases, etc), as well as DB functions like creating databases, tables, etc. If you don't use a free utility, then, never mind. Cause it's not important enough for me to pay to admin one.

I've only toyed around with it, but I used the ones that mysql provides:

I always use phpMyAdmin, which is excellent. Of course you'll also need to be running a php server to use it.
