Same Finnish commander is back, but this time he's heading to the land Finland had to give up post-WWII. He wants to disassemble his house and bring it home. Meanwhile, the Russians noticed he has returned to Russia and they want revenge. Thus, they dig up Stephen Lang to hunt him.
If you can imagine it, this has even more over-the-top scenes than the original.
