Remember Firestarter (1984)? This is basically that story.
A little girl is on the run with her dad. They're leaving a shit ton of bodies in their path. Turns out the little girl is special and can make bad stuff happen. She ends up with her aunt who quickly figures out everything thanks to some of the laziest writing I've ever seen. Soon the government wants the girl to make her a weapon. Then the movie ends in the stupidest way possible. I mean shockingly stupid.
Bad acting. Bad writing. Bad effects. Bad everything.
