You know, this will probably generate chuckles at first glance, but there's a legit issue here. Pro gamers are probably 1% of 1% of 1% of the gaming population, but these are kids who skip school and get housed in mansions with everything paid for until their career is done.

Once they get booted from a team, I'm sure many end up trying to claw their way back in unsuccessfully, and really have no other plans for the future. Kids that age tend to not think about such things.

As hard a sell as it is, it's cool that someone is stepping up and trying to tell them that gaming won't last forever, and they should plan ahead. All the major sports leagues do it for their rookies, why not esports?
