Arkansas (2020)

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

The release date for this is May 5th, 2020. Thus, I must be a time traveler...

Liam Hemsworth and Clark Duke are small time, brand new players in the drug trade. Vince Vaughn is Frog, a drug lord who goes well out of his way to not be a known drug lord. John Malkovich is a park ranger. Liam and Clark begin working for Frog, but have no idea who he is or who works for him. Meanwhile, Frog really tries to run his drug empire on a foundation of respect and doing business the right way.

Most drug movies are about using them and the sad ending everyone gets. This movie is like that, but focuses on the business behind the drugs, and I don't recall seeing a single bit of drug use. It's an interesting look at what is essentially an endless cycle.

Very well acted and made.

I'd probably give it a 7 out of 10.

Nope, but I did write down the winning lottery numbers.
