I talk about this podcast a lot, and it's the only one of many LoL podcasts that is actually recognized by Riot. They've promoted this podcast in their news feed. Phreak has co-hosted the show before.
Each episode starts off with a rundown of the pro scene that week, then they head into discussion of updates, patches, new champs, etc.
They sound like typical 20 somethings at times, but they have guys and a girl on the show from all over, and they have a LOT more games under their belts than all of us combined, and direct connections to Riot and some pro teams.
