I can't think of a practical use for them, but they do look cool.

We have a smartboard in our conference room, and I could see this replacing it. The tech on the smartboard is pretty dated at this point, and the Surface Hub 2 is obviously not.
Also, when I first saw it I was reminded of the wall screen in Total Recall. (The original, not the shitty remake.)

Ya. That's cool. They should have shown it in a conference room video call though. Skype is cool, but that's probably not how it's going to be used. You are going to stand in front of it for the duration of the call? Especially when there were 4 on the wall next to each other. A table full of people conferencing with another room of people would have been good.
