Joshy

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Joshy

A Hulu exclusive.

Thomas Middleditch (who you'll immediately recognize, but wouldn't be able to name anything he was in if your life depended on it) is Joshy and his engagement to a beautiful woman comes to a sudden end. So his friends take him on a getaway.

Full disclosure: I'm not done with this movie. I've only seen half of it. And aside from something I saw coming right out of the gate, nothing has happened.

Nothing.

It's a bunch of people talking. Something I'm normally ok with, but nothing interesting is being said.

Picture this: Pretend you plan a weekend getaway with all your buds to help a friend who is suffering. All of your "friends" flake out and don't show aside from two of you, a guy who is friends with the guest of honor but not you, and some random that guy invited. One of you is married and the other is a cuck. Add alcohol and a really, really small town. Now film it.

That's Joshy.

I'll finish it when I can, and maybe it picks up, but right now...it's a suckfest. I don't want it to be because it's a ton of actors I enjoy, but that's not saving it.

Silicon Valley, of course! Excellent show. If you haven't seen it you should.

I have and didn't connect the dots.

He's so forgettable, which is why he's perfect for Silicon Valley.
