Arrested Development - The Movie

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Article.

Apparently, there is only one holdout from the main cast.

I bought season 1 the other day cheap at WalMart. Haven't watched yet, but I hear it is one of the best shows ever.

Not important enough to hold up shooting, I guess.

I'm thinking it's going to be the dad or the son.

Possibly the brother(?) since he's on Chuck right now.

Bumped for watching an episode of this and being floored.

Halfway through season 2 now on Hulu.

I guess I just don't watch enough Fox programming to even know this existed. If this had been picked up and run on NBC alongside the Office, it would still be going on. Firefly and this show deserved better.

I got through the whole series... and yes, it was cute...

But...

I didn't think it was all that.

My fave moment of all 3 seasons was Henry Winkler about to comb his hair in the bathroom mirror, and giving the ol' Fonzie move that says, "My hair is already awesome."

I can't believe that any of the kids who think that show is a cult classic got ANY of the Happy Days references. I'm almost 40 and I was still very young when the show was on.

I haven't even seen reruns in 20 years.

The same length of time since I've heard a What's Happenin!" reference, Roge.

Bad news: Arrested Development has halted production.

Why?

Because they're going to make even more new episodes and the creator/writers/etc need some time to plan it all out.

So I started season 4 on Netflix.

Does anyone else see the "Showstealer Pro Trial Version" watermark in some scenes?

What the hell, Netflix didn't even spring for the licensed version?

I'm going through the whole series again. I'm in season 2.

Damn I missed this show.

So far Season 4 is typical of the show. Just remember... I didn't have my panties blown off by season 1-3, so it is hard for me to get all wet about it now. But it is worth watching.

But then there is that watermark. i have never, ever seen anything that amateur outside of public access television.

The watermark is a joke implying they couldn't get the scenes from the first 3 seasons and had to steal them.
It's not me, it's someone else.

Is it? I hoped it was something like that, but I hadn't thought it through. Was so distracted by the watermark it took me out of the show.

SHOWSTEALER. Got it.
