Well...
Subsequent investigations demonstrated that Russia is visible from an Alaskan island, Little Diomede, that sits in the center of the Bering Sea, well north of the Aleutian Islands. Of course, later reports said that Palin had never visited the place, but her answer was technically correct, albeit demonstrating the time honored political practice of saying words that loosely are associated with a posed question, but not actually answering it.

And wasn't the question in relation to foreign policy challenges in the coming decade, and she was mocked by Obama and the left for citing Russia as a reason for concern?
I wonder what the Ukraine thinks of all that.

Obviously she was unqualified because of her hetero normative, white privilege, war on women.

Ok you guys, but in my last post in this thread, the video of her speaking to like-minded individuals in a public forum of some kind in 2015, she doesn't look qualified to address a shitty high school debate team, much less any amount of the American public. Or to represent us to foreign interest, for that matter.

I don't deny that she wasn't a very good candidate. I also contend that if Obama had been placed under the same level of scrutiny as Palin, then we'd probably be at the end of Hillary's 2nd term right now.

As much as I disagree with his administration and politics, he's a 1,000,000% better public speaker than Palin (either) could ever hope to be.

True, but scrutiny <> listening to a speech. Unfortunately, I think in the mind of many reporters that were covering Obama, that was exactly what they thought it meant.

Fuck the scrutiny. His response to it probably defuses the issue, regardless of content. Palin's responses tend to invite more scrutiny due to the extraordinary level of WTF in them.

Totally off-topic for this thread, but Troy have you heard of Sexplanations? If not google it, I think you will like it a lot.
Okay, back to talking about how crazy Palin was and what a hypocrite her daughter is...

Nice, good recommendation.

Reading about the Hillary emails. She's making Palin look better. Not good, but at least qualified as many in Washington.

I'm not really opposed to programs like this. Unplanned pregnancies cause a shit-ton of issues for people in this age group.
