Very satisfying to watch. I hope the media was also relentless in the post-fight interview.

There are so many of those douchebags around that they could put together a fun reel of them all getting knocked out.

I'll be rooting for Carano.

Lots of people saying the fight was fixed. Neither even threw a punch. Rousey dove for a takedown and quickly locked in an arm bar.

I know Carano dropped 100 pounds for this fight, but she wasn't ready for that move?

Brought to you by the same promotion that has produced all the other recent suspect fights, mostly involving Jake Paul.

Age and out of practice maybe? Post fight emotion sells the realism of the fight as well. But also, post fight emotion maybe shows that the 'anger' wasn't there, so maybe didn't give 100% Didn't want to 'kill' her? I think friends will fight differently than people that can't stand each other.

You are 100% correct. They are legit friends, and there was absolutely zero animosity or a reason to win as they both got paid the same regardless of outcome.

I, personally, don't think the fight was fixed, but I do think Gina just didn't give a shit enough to put up a huge fight. I also don't think either woman was seeking to hurt the other.

Let's be honest, she already won. She beat Disney in court, got a huge payday for this fight, and dropped over 100 pounds.

Drunk former world champ tries to goad a cop into getting physical. The cop should get an award. He handled that perfectly. The situation was deescalated and nobody got hurt. Hell, even the fighter gave him props AND evaded some far more serious charges thanks to the cop.

McGregor came out of retirement only to blow out his leg with his first kick.

Father Time remains undefeated.

Jokes aside. That sucks. I think any fighter would rather be beaten than have an injury end them.

McGregor plans surgery and another fight.

Some people just cannot stop. It's both admirable and sad.
