So Moveon.org changed the rules of the contest.

The thing was to make a video showing "a 30-second ad to wake up America to the crisis of big money in our politics."

This group made an ad about a liberal donor. The vid was winning the voting. Moveon rebooted the contest.

The fossil-fuel bashing video that got 99 votes beat the corrupt-liberal-fundraiser video that got over 7k votes.
