Synopsis:
Tim Roth, Chris Penn, and Renee Zellweger star in a movie that goes absolutely nowhere.
Review:
Tim Roth is a compulsive liar who's also fabulously wealthy, so he can afford to cover up anything he needs to. He gets called in for questioning by a couple cops regarding the case of a hooker who'd been killed earlier and had his phone number on her.
You think the plot's going to get interesting or one of the characters is going to do something decisive. You'd be wrong. This is 3-4 actors chewing the scenery waiting for their paychecks to arrive every week or month of shooting. More compelling and gripping work safety videos have been produced.
Verdict:
Just because you've got some people who've worked with Tarantino doesn't mean you'll be able to channel their experience into decent performances in your movie.
