I put them backwards so a simply glance of the eye wouldn't ruin anything. I'd love for someone else to see this film so I can share my enjoyment of bashing it.

High Tension - *SPOILERS*
Currently watching this. I made it to the point where it went from "stretching the bounds of reality" to "put down the bong."
Yea, this movie sucks verily.

Ah yes, the "twist".
Ever seen anything so illogical in a film before? I hadn't.
That "twist" was worse than the Scream2 killer reveal where the killer was someone that hadn't been seen on camera or really talked about (if even mentioned) until the end of the damn film.

“Activism is a way for useless people to feel important, even if the consequences of their activism are counterproductive for those they claim to be helping and damaging to the fabric of society as a whole.” - Dr Thomas Sowell
There were a zillion things that went wrong w\ that flick.
But the two most painful sequences to watch :
1) The cops saying they can't help till they get a locale? Fucking bullshit. I dunno what non-socialist version of France this movie takes place in, but over there nowadays the cops can trace the average gas station phoneline really fucking fast. I don't give a fuck how tweeked out you sound, either. A report of a multiple homicide in the dead of night is going to bring out more than two slow-witted cops in a single car after 20 minutes.
2) Imagine for a second you're a serial killer. Your prisoner has just escaped. You have a wide array of implements of death to choose from. Keep in mind that you've been stabbed by a rather large kitchen knife and your quarry has a headstart. What's more, you're near a road, so you'd like to take care of this problem as quickly as possible before she can flag anyone down. The obvious choice is apparently a powersaw cos it has less reach than the loaded rifle and its whisper quiet noise level. Then you manage to miraculously track your prey down & the car she jumps into just happens to have its engine stall at that particular instant. This car was driving along swimmingly not five seconds before.
