In most cases I'm familiar with, the fat girls just aim too high. She wants some hot rich guy and passes over all the guys she doesn't think is good enough for her, when those are the ones she should be considering if she wants to have a chance.
Same is true of the whiny loser guys that can't get a date. If they'd just ask the fat girls - and if the fat girls would stop turning up their noses at the whiny losers - then they could be miserable together.

Fat girls always liked me in my dating years because I wasn't able to be mean to them. They mistook it for being nice, and interested, and I was frequently trying to get a fat girl to stop sniffing around.

If a women directly asks you, "Does [insert clothing here] make me look fat," or "Am I fat," goddamn near every man without the Cosmo Kramer gene that wants to be with you has been mentally wired to answer, "No." But I'll agree because enabling delusions never helps ... but that's assuming you and the other person have the exact same idea of what "fat" is.

I'm not saying it's easy to eat a healthy diet (there are lots of temptations), and I'm not saying it's easy to exercise, but nobody is forcing people to live an unhealthy lifestyle.
Michael Phelps ate 12,000 calories a day during his Olympic training.
Other professional athletes eat heaps of food, which is why so many get fat after retirement (it's hard to break the eating habit).
Yeah it sucks that men prefer healthy looking bodies when so many women have unhealthy looking bodies, but wanting other people to change their views to make things easier for you is the easy way out. The only thing an individual can control is themselves.
Being short though... A lot of women won't consider a short guy, and no amount of self-control, dedication, effort, or personal responsibility will make him tall.

Yes, but genetics does play a big part in just how easy or difficult it is to burn them off. I've got a double-dose in bad genes there from both sides of my family. I was once in shape, but it took so much constant vigilance that life was just too damned miserable to be worth it. Better to be fat and live well than thin and wanting to die.
