Sales are down and they're losing market share.

Well, when you've never used anything but apple products, you tend to make some assumptions. Plus, apple said so.

Remember when Apple came back big in 2000ish with the iMacs, and the biggest customizable features were whether you wanted the grape, tangerine, or sage?
