I'm intrigued. I'm tired of how expensive consoles are. I love PCs, and own lots of Steam games. Making them easier to play on my PC would be a plus, especially if said PC could stream my media and do all the other things I want.

The dates listed for the two upcoming sales are listed on the email as 27 November – 3 December (for the autumn/Thanksgiving sale) and 19 December – 2 January (for the winter/Christmas one.) Those are periods you could probably have roughly predicted if you’re a dedicated Steam sale watcher.

You can register a lot of your non-Steam bought games through Steam. For example, I have LoL registered in Steam.
