Vin Deisel + Marvel =
I've heard the Black Panther as a rumor/speculation, but I dig the Black Bolt idea way more.
He doesn't seem like the Black Panther to me or Luke Cage (The Rock should be him).

He doesn't look like a Bishop or Falcon, either. Nick Fury, Jr.? For those of you who aren't Leisher, yes, that's a real comic book character. Maybe Eli Bradley version of the Patriot?

Nick Fury Jr... Ugh.
Basically, Marvel wanted to make sure casual fans who saw the movies could pick up a comic and not be alienated by the white Nick Fury, so they came up with a story where he had a black kid. The black kid happens to look JUST like the ultimate version of Nick Fury, who was designed to look like Samuel L. Jackson. He also just happens to be a Sgt in the Army, loses the same eye as Nick Fury Sr. in the day the story takes place, and gets promoted to leader of S.H.I.E.L.D. immediately upon Nick Fury giving him the job because that's how government jobs work.
Fucking terrible story and concept.

Yeah, I'm not a fan and I hope they don't waste him that way, but it's a distinct possibility. They could always retool him for the screen.

So, that was nothing.
