You don't need guns anymore. They just kill people. The cops are there to protect you ... using guns. Where was her personal bodyguard the police assign to everyone so you don't need to watch out for your own well being? Dude should be fired.

From here. Dude did the same thing a decade earlier. Also had a dozen felonies in the same state between that event and the one in the vid.
