Key & Peele

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

New show on Comedy Central. I don't think these guys are as straight-up hilarious as Chapelle, but they have the same self-effacing charm that is enjoyable to watch.

Here's a clip.

I've been enjoying it. I especially like Luther the Anger Translator bits.

Key is a lot funnier than Peele.

I had the great fortune to see, on VHS and broadcast live, "Mr. T's Be Somebody or Be Somebody's Fool." Watching a K&P ep where they have nailed everything about it -- lighting, sound, camera angles, choreography, acting, costumes -- perfectly. It is masterful.
