I assume Jimmy read about the auction and had a copy made for his buddy Jeff Ross.

That painting sold for nearly $2 million a few weeks ago.

This article says that Jimmy was the anonymous bidder.

HOWEVER I just went to FB and Jimmy's sister says, "Guess what...it isn't real. It's a poster made by the JKL prop department. The media didn't even bother to check if it was real!"

Ha ha!
