Why does this drug seem far more dishonest than say, heroin?

This drug has been around for years. But yeah, it's had popularity issues. It was originally a prescription drug (Orlistat?) that became OTC eventually, since all it does is, you know, make you shit yourself.

I think the side effects of Orlistat introduced me to the phrase "anal leakage" of which I've never been able to purge form my brain.
