The last line from the judge is killing me. I can't tell if he's reacting to:
1) his gradual understanding that this chick probably spends more time high than otherwise
2) the apparent surprise from the chick when she realizes the past twenty four hours of moving through the legal system haven't afforded her time to get wasted ... like he should be following up with, "I'm guessing from your response that's not the case most days."
