Integrated Intel HD Graphics 3000

Anyone have a laptop with this card in it? If so, how much memory can you assign to it? Torchlight 2 requires a card that address 256MB of memory. Trying to figure out if this card can do that.

According to wikipedia it can address up to 1720 MB.
