Fart filters

I've heard this sort of thing described amongst friends my whole life. I know married people discuss such an invention, and I'm 100% certain I saw them on a sitcom (The Simpsons?) once.

Now someone went and made them. I'm betting they won't be a huge seller aside from gag gifts.
