Iran threatens preemptive action.

I once had a stalker that acted a lot like Iran. Seriously, it's sad at this point.

Well, all the threats of war didn't work, so Iran asks to resume negotiations.

Meh, it was just all posturing for the voters for their 3/2 elections. Now that the elections are over, they'll act slightly saner for awhile.
