Already failed.

I think it's funny to watch corporations stumble through the social media era.

I do like their new salads (especially with crispy chicken). Their hamburgers are just soooo bland, though.

That's hilarious... allowing customers to give vocal feedback.

Whoever ran that twitter thing should have talked to their webmaster 10 years ago and asked why it was impossible to find an email address on their website so you could complain about your drive through order being wrong.
