But I ate at a Japanese Wendy's a few times in 1999. Their Spicy Chicken Sammitch is really spicy.

Maybe you imagined it. Or maybe it was a test restaurant, and they closed it, but are now moving back in.

I'm betting that Fox Business just sucks in terms of research. After all, they are "journalists", which means blindly reprinting whatever anyone hands you without doing any digging or verification of any sort.
