Could be interesting since the first delightfully gory movie didn't really touch the subject of the book at all.

I am STILL vibrantly pissed off about the original Starship Troopers movie. I hope everyone involved dies a horrible flaming death. Fuck them.

If they ignore the first movie and instead focus on making a good film based on the novel, then I'm all for it. If it's just another shitty movie that is going to dig up Robert Heinlein's corpse and skullfuck him in 3D for two hours, then screw that noise.
