Simply put: A dumb movie.

A serial killer who acts nothing like a serial killer randomly decides to start training a video stork clerk.

The rest of the movie is the killer killing, and the clerk whimpering, but thinking it's cool.

Totally pointless.

2 out of 10.

Teaching someone how to kill people and get away with it? Didn't they make a TV series about that?
