4 Hour Work Week - book

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

Interesting, but probably not workable for everybody. So far the only way it's changed my behavior is I quit reading blogs.

What's the premise.
"Be bold, and mighty forces will come to your aid."

The subtitle is "Escape 9-5, live anywhere, and join the New Rich."

The premise I guess is: don't wait until you're retired to do what you've always dreamed of. Do it now. Take "mini-retirements."

The 4 steps are : Definition, Elimination, Automation, Liberation

Definition is figuring out what it is you want to do with your life. Elimination is about time-management and effectiveness. Automation is about outsourcing the BS you deal with on a daily basis, plus coming up with a business that will make you lots of money with little work. Liberation is how to work remotely in your real job without getting fired

Definition and Elimination I think have some good stuff for everybody. The Automation stuff I think won't work for everybody, if for no other reason than you need a billion low-income workers in India to do the out-sourced work, plus how realistic is it that everybody can make $40k/month being a middle-man for drop-shippers?

Well, Friday I worked from "home" at the beach, so that's a win.
It's not me, it's someone else.
