One of the following is 100% real:
1. One of the Freighters dies at the hands of Jack.
2. There's a whole underground city beneath the island, and that's where the whispers come from.
3. In a flashforward, Walt reveals the secrets of the Oceanic Six over the Internet.
4. Walt is in the coffin.
5. Juliet and Charlotte share a kiss.
6. Desmond is not one of the Oceanic Six, but he is off the Island.
7. Jin, Sawyer and Locke are alive on the Island in the future.
8. Kate is pregnant.
9. All of the "meat socks" (background survivors we have not yet met) will die by gassing.
10. Juliet kills Claire.
No, I don't know which one is real. This is actually pretty interesting since a lot of those make sense and/or could be true, but none are "stunning" when just looking at them as they are...the ramifications, however, are a different story.
My thoughts:
1. Who cares if Jack kills a freighter person...unless its Michael, that would be interesting, particularly if intentional.
2. They've already shown underground areas of the island, so that's not impressive.
3. I've heard Walt's role will be greatly reduced as he's growing up too fast versus his character's age. Besides, who cares if he posts that stuff on the web.
4. Interesting, but I doubt it. Walt was a kid and had separated parents. His dad was wrapped up with the island, but not mom. So why wouldn't anyone show up for his funeral?
5. I think this is simply a "sexy tease", but why list two rumors that are essentially the same? That, in and of itself, might be a hint. Still, outside of the obvious hot lesbian action, it'd be a boring rumor. I still doubt it since Juliet has been outed as straight.
6. This could be something interesting, but I'm not sure. If Desmond is off, then he's with Penny. However, with his new found bravery, he'd be trying to get everyone else off, right? To top it off, he'll easily know that basic coordinates of the island since Penny's dad has a ship there...
7. Outside of Jin, due to last week, I expected that this would be true anyway. This would be a nice reveal though after last week. It'd also put an interesting wrinkle in the storyline: "Why did the Oceanic Six abandon everyone else? Do they know they're still alive?"
8. I doubt this one unless it's Sawyers and that's what finally brings her back to the island (see #7). She already has Aaron, so another baby would be redundant.
9. This wouldn't be a massive deal, but absolutely makes sense. The series is going to end in three seasons, so they don't need to pull many more folks from the background to play roles. A killing of this nature might explain why the Oceanic Six are forgetting about any other survivors who might be left on the island. It also places those other survivors in a better position as they're not carrying around dead weight.
10. See #5. Although, has anyone else noticed how expendable Claire has become? Charlie is dead, so she lost all those storylines and Aaron is with Kate off the island. Either she dies or she volunteers to stay and gives Aaron to Kate. Anyway you look at it, the really interesting thing about Kate having Aaron was the prophecy Claire was told, "If anyone raises him but you, he'll be the next Hitler." (or something to that effect)
In my mind, #1 and #7 are the most likely. I think I'm going with #1. I think Jack kills Michael and that's why he attended the funeral.

Didn't the advertisements say that someone will die next time? Or maybe it was for the last new episode. I don't know.
If I was to rate them in order of likelihood:
