As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

IN 3-D!!!

Saw the movie. Something about a trailer I saw and the fact that it was available in 3-D made me want to see it. I knew nothing about the story beyond that. Except that they made a book out of the movie too. Watching it in 3-D took some getting use to. But only about 5 minutes. Watching it in 3-D was pretty cool. Monster throws someone up in the air and they stick to a pointing thing on the ceiling and the camera follows. The dude is now directly above you and there's his blood heading right for your face. Kinda freaky.

Very violent movie. I guess they can get away with more because it's animated? Very gory. People being pulled in half. Stuff like that. Full frontal Barbie style nudity too. As in, no defined pieces parts. I'm sure there's some deep meaning behind all the stuff in the story. I don't know what it is. . . I just wanted to see a movie. Over all, I don't know. It was a movie. Super dudish and chicks won't be all that into it. Beyond that, if you read and liked the book, I'm guessing you'll like the movie too. If it wasn't in 3-D, I'd have rather have spent my money on something else and rented this later. Seeing it in 3-D had a novelty value associated with it that made me not hate myself for seeing it in the theater.

I guess that's about it. Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,
