Spiderman 3 ***SPOILERS!

As long as we recognize Lucas is washed up and most TV sucks, we'll all get along fine.

It's late tonight, but I'll be doing a review tomorrow.

Preview: Some stuff was great, other stuff sucked.

Ok, Mary Jane:

Her whole life is great (except for Dad's criticism of her), she's pretty and popular. Peter eats his heart out for her in silence, geeky and picked on.

Peter gets his powers, but is never truly happy without MJ. He remains silent in his anguish while MJ happily goes from rich guy to rich guy.

Peter finally gets the girl, he's comfortable in his own skin, and he seems really happy for the first time in his life. But MJ has hit a speedbump in her career and now she's pouty and seems to resent Peter's happiness.

Peter isn't allowed to have any kind of contentment. To MJ, if Peter is happy it means he isn't sacrificing enough for her.

What a woman.

Maybe Aunt May is still angry at Peter for letting Ben die and she is playing both Peter and MJ with the same speech about how a ''man needs to put his wife first...' but with a different spin for each of them to ensure she makes Peter miserable, and Peter puts up with it.

I think Aunt May is the true, hidden villain of these movies. Every time Peter tries to find some peace, she sucks him back in with some cleverly disguised "I'm old and wise" diatribe.

I'm watching it now and had to post some complaints, because this movie is being obnoxious.

MJ is being such a bitch. I agree with GORDON entirely on that point. But what the hell is wrong with Peter? Just how much stupid shit can one guy do? My lord everyone in this movie is retarded when it comes to relationships.

Bruce was really good in this one, best job he's done so far in the series.

I like evil Spiderman better than that annoying goody-two-shoes Spiderman. I mean he's still annoying, but he doesn't put up with nearly as much crap, and he blew off MJ mighty quick. Although smacker her around was indeed over the line.

Maybe he should try mixing Sandman into a batch of concrete. That should stop him.

Interesting thought considering what they have planned for him in regular continuity...

Watch your local news in the coming weeks. I have a hunch it'll become something of a news item.

Actually, considering every facet of his life being affected by his being Batman, which was caused as a way of getting vengeance for the death of his parents, I'd say your statement is not correct.

You should've gone with Wolverine.

Yeah, but they weren't alive pestering him when he was a superhero.
