Give us your personal fave 10 songs of 2007, and put together an .ico of that CD, if you want, so we can explore new music.

I was going to put together my 10, then my music library told me I only bought 3 albums this year that were actually released in 2007. Bought lots of older albums this year. Lots of 2006's, but only 3 2007's. Damn.

SO.... introduce me to some new music that doesn't suck.

I was genuinly surprised to see that out of all the albums I bought in the last 11 months, only 3 were released in 2007.

I've probably purchased... 40 albums? this year.

You got more free money than I got. That's like $600 on albums, ain't it?

Well, over a year.

ANd the average price I pay on amazon.com is approximately $11.50 including shipping (free).

I allowance myself $100 a month for stupid things like cd's and games and DVD's. That's money that I don't have to clear with the wife "is it in the budget if I buy this"-style. It's very important to my psyche to have that minor bit of manly freedom.

Some of the best albums I got this year are two decades old.
Diogenes of Sinope: "It is not that I am mad, it is only that my head is different from yours."
Arnold Judas Rimmer, BSC, SSC: "Better dead than smeg."

I can't find a "buy" button on my <s>p2p</s> music software...
