Metalocalypse Season 2

Seaason 1 discussion.

Season 2 has started, starting where season 1 left off. I say that as significant because it is a once-a-week, 15 minute cartoon on Adult Swim. And it has a story arc. Peeps my age are still surprised by things like that.

Season 1 DVD. Currently $21 on amazon.

The Dethalbum. Currently out of stock because demand was ridiculously higher than expected, this deluxe version of the album (non-deluxe album still in stock...) is a collection of all the metal songs from Season 1. This album is a lot better than it has a right to be. Very metal. Very brutal.

Judging from the first episode of season 2, I'm already looking forward to the season 2 album. Using the band to perform executions at a prison... very metal.

I thought he sounded like the dude addressing the council of bigwigs. Then again, I was absolutely dumbfounded from going over the NFL stats today so fuck knows how my memory was affected. But I'm fucking certain I saw his name in the end credits & heard his voice.

Last week's concert in Sumatra would have been good if they hadn't accidentally caused that volcano to erupt and kill all those people.

And this week's fashion show concert was great until all those bears and electric eels and the alligator got loose and started killing all those people.
