That's funny.

The dual MNF games are stupid. When even I'm not staying up to watch game 2, you're doing it wrong NFL.

Yeah, I was like "Oh wait, why is there football at 7:30pm?" Then I realized "Ugh, it's a double-header?" And definitely was in bed before the 2nd game started.

ESPN running anti-Tush Push stuff today.

Bill Simmons had an interesting point on his latest pod: (paraphrasing) "I saw Denver lose a game because they got called for leverage on a center during a field goal. However, during a tush push a RB can push on a pile of bodies using leverage to try and gain yardage."

The tush push is honestly, not a football play and should be removed from the game.

Steelers benching their top RB draft pick after kickoff fuckup.

How about benching the coach?

Brady needs to stick to one job.
First-year Raiders offensive coordinator Chip Kelly also told ESPN he speaks with the future Hall of Famer two to three times per week, going through film and the game plan for the week.

But Carroll called the report about Brady and Kelly speaking multiple times per week about the game plan "not accurate."
Uh... which is it?

I think they might need to hide Brady's involvement. The NFL has pretty strict rules about what owners can do, and they've already bent them for Brady's announcing.

The Dude Wipes sponsorship is a top shelf troll job. Well done Browns!

P.S. I kinda like this look. Much better than the normal construction cone look.
BTW, in fantasy this week I went from 2-0 and the top scorer in both leagues to 0-2 and the lowest scorer. WTF...

That first Hill catch wasn't a catch.

I know Mike McDaniel knows ball, but he is not HC material, imho. He does not inspire confidence. He says meaningless, out of place things, mumbles, and looks like a stiff breeze might blow him away.

The NFL asks refs to "keep a closer eye" on the lines during the Tush Push. How about eliminating it from the game?

If it ever is revealed the NFL is fixed, this play/call would finally make sense. There isn't a level of football where this isn't a TD. It only isn't one against the Brady led Patriots.

Yeah, that was a catch, and a small fumble.

We went to the Commanders-Giants game this year. Giants player catches the ball up high, pulls it down, turns up field, ball is knocked out - incomplete pass. WTF? That was a fumble. I cannot easily find video.

Yesterday was an absolute cluster fuck. Week of the special teams.

-Are we sure Penix is good?
-I wonder if Daboll was told his job is safe for another year if he plays Wilson for a bit before throwing Dart to the wolves? It's the smart move, and keeping Dart on the the bench is a long term play, not one made by someone fighting for their job.
-The Steelers are dogshit and I don't think they're going to get to .500 this year. The Patriots turned the ball over 5 times and the Steelers turned that into 21 points and 200 yards of offense? (Fun Fact: The last time the Patriots turned the ball over 5 times in a game was also against the Steelers.)
-Dallas sucks so bad they made Caleb look good.
-The Colts punting for the first time this season in game 3 is not something I predicted about this year.
-Baker Mayfield is the most must watch QB in the league not named Josh or Lamar.
-Why is it that kickers miss everything from 50 in, but make every kick over 50?
-Speaking of kickers, LOL Atlanta.
-Chris Collinsworth said "Pasch Rusch" about 87 times last night. I think he's just trolling people now.
-The Eagles false started without a call on the tush push again. Shocking.
-Do all the rookie RBs suck except Skataboo? That kid plays fucking hard. He might be the new CMC.

My fantasy team in the league with Stranger scored the most points so far this year in week 1 (against Stranger) then scored the least amount of points in week 2 and is threatening to repeat the feat this week. Meanwhile, in my other league I need LaPorta to get 1.5 points so I can move to 2-1. If he fails to do so...I might be on the news... :D

A little over half of the Mike Tomlin era summed up perfectly. A little less than half wouldn't end with "we won".
